Good eats

We ate a lot and we ate often while we were in Vegas. A few of my favorite meals included the ever popular burger joint In-N-Out, KGB at Harrah's, the Wynn buffet, and Strip Steak at Mandalay Bay. Yes, the last meal was the most expensive meal we've ever eaten, but totally worth it for the quality of food and service by staff. Amazing is nothing short of what we consumed (and sadly, didn't finish):

Duck fat french fries (on the house)
Kobe filet tartare
Rib eye steaks (mine was an 8oz Kobe; his was a 16oz bone-in)
Truffled mac & cheese with broccoli

Roasted artichokes with goat cheese

Is your mouth watering yet? Sadly, I didn't take any photos of the meal as the lighting was dim and I thought the flash from my camera would have been rude. However, I do have some photos from In-N-Out, the Wynn and KGB!

Waffle fry nachos with pulled pork sloppy joe mix, cheese sauce, jalapenos and salsa. Best.Nachos.Ever.

 

Andy's massive BBQ bacon & onion burger with sweet potato tots.

My 4th of July fried chicken special, with house made Dr. Pepper BBQ sauce and smoked gouda. Delish!
