Blue one!

If you didn't already see my facebook status on Saturday, this is our new (gently used) 2005 Volkswagen Jetta TDI. It runs like a dream, gets stellar gas mileage with its not-too-noisy diesel engine, and if purchased within a year of marriage, comes with a barrage of baby questions/quirky baby comments (of course, all in good humor).

"When will you be purchasing the car seat?"
"Your car is very mom-ish!"
"So, you want something with four doors. Are you planning on expanding your family soon?"

In all seriousness folks, baby planning will come in time. We want to be the best couple we can be, do some travelling, save a little more money, and just be "us" for awhile before we become three. For now, our next chapter of us includes my new daily driver. At first, it was hard to let my 1999 Hyundai Accent go so quickly. But with my very first big girl purchase under my belt and a nice sense of accomplishment in doing so, it didn't seem so bad passing over the title to the dealership. Zoom zoom!
