I've been lacking on a proper wedding recap, due to life/work/holiday hoopla. Here are some of the photos from the ceremony. If you weren't present, we had a theme to the opening - "The Price is Right," complete with name tags and music. Our officiant, Carroll Myers, invited those participating in the ceremony to come on down! It was very exciting to watch from behind the scenes, waiting for our chance to walk down the aisle. We had a bit of community participation, asking those present to support our marriage, as well as asking our parents for that same love and support. We chose a reading by Robert Fulghum entitled "Union" that was very fitting and very us. We wrote our own vows, which we read to each other, stating why we loved one another and telling each other what we will do for one another because of our love. We exchanged rings, poured wine & drank together, kissed, and were presented! We walked back up the aisle to "Happy Together" by the Turtles. The weather couldn't have cooperated more!
